We visited with a tour group. I ordered wine and had it shipped to my home in Minnesota. The wine arrived within 6 weeks by UPS. The communication from the shipping vendor was great, and I had no problems with shipment. I did not have to pay any import fees, or shipping fees, or anything. UPS just gave me the box and I signed for it, and that was it. The wine arrived intact and was amazing.

We spent one week at Margharita appartment.
The place is nice, well located close to Firenze and chianti region. very centric. Swimming pool is really ok.
The flat is old-fashioned but this is not a big problem by itself. The main issue is that it is clearly under-equiped. Beds are a nightmare (being old and of tired springs), which clearly impeded us having a nice stay. On the other side, there are many things missing in the kitchen : little spoons, mugs, bowl, cutting board, small pans, .... or even dish rack.
Many things should be renewed.
On the other side, employees are sympathic and reactive, in particular Sara and Simon. But the propietaries can not only rely on the goodwilling of employees to make the things run.
There is an urgent need for investment (bed, dishes, drying rack, ...) to allow people having a pleasant stay. We will clearly not come back if no changes are made.
Fantastic location on the Florentine hills. Menu full of both particular dishes, such as ravioli stuffed with chestnuts and mushroom ragout, and traditional local ones, such as Florentine steak. All accompanied by a production of their excellent wines. Professional and very helpful service. About one kilometer away, it is possible to have a tasting in their splendid cellar.
Third experience with friends at lunch in this farmhouse on the outskirts of Florence, what can I say, a certainty, from the starters to the dessert all really excellent, they don't have an infinite number of dishes on the menu as is generally found in all restaurants and this according to my tastes play in favor of quality and speed in serving, homemade tagliatelle and tortelli absolutely worth taking, steak cooked according to the best tradition and very soft, the staff friendly and attentive to the customer, and if you want to drink well I can only recommend their red "Il Bossu'". I'm always happy to come back!!
We celebrated my parents' 60th anniversary and we had a great time!!
Excellent location, with a truly evocative view of the green countryside on the veranda. Fast and attentive service. Ready to satisfy every request, excellent meats, generous portions, really good red wine and last but not least a special millefeuille!! Our guests were all very happy!! If they knew the good price they wouldn't believe it!! I advise!!!
Review of the pool and lunch only. The swimming pool is beautiful and the umbrellas must be booked in advance and are assigned by the structure. They're a little old, maybe someone should be replaced. However, overall it's good. Good lunch, generous portions and good service.
Nice location in the Tuscan hills in the Lastra a Signa area. Good food and fast service. I had lunch with work people, they gave us a room all to ourselves, we had a good time.
